Health and Wellbeing Expo

FlexFest takes place at Listowel Community Centre 22nd February 2026 at 10am. Organisers of this festival – Flexitime, provide you with the best in local fitness, wellness and self-care professionals. Enjoy demos, talks and classes, and connect with your community.

FlexFest also takes place in: 

• Newcastle West – Longcourt House Hotel – Sunday February 8th
  
• Tralee – Ballyroe Lodge – Sunday March 15th
• Marina Market, Cork City – Sunday April 5th (Graffiti Room)
